Total Voting Rights
As at 30 June 2020, the total issued share capital of Stobart Group consists of 624,926,123 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (with each ordinary share having one vote) and 1,000 non-voting deferred shares of 0.1 pence each. No shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights of the Company as at 30 June 2020 is therefore 624,926,123 and this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
