 Quarterly Dividend

We reported in the AGM statement in June an expectation to pay a quarterly dividend commencing in October 2016. A dividend of 3.0p per share was paid on 7 October 2016 and the Board has now declared a further interim dividend of 3.0p per share which will be paid on 20 January 2017 to shareholders on the register as at 23 December 2016. Subject to Board approval, further quarterly dividend payments of 3.0p per share will be made on 7 April 2017 and 7 July 2017.
