Director/PDMR Shareholding
Stobart Group Limited, the infrastructure and support services group, notifies that, on 2 February 2018, Andrew Tinkler, Executive Director of the Company, acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 247.78 pence per share.
Following the above purchase, Mr Tinkler holds a beneficial interest in 27,226,811 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.68 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
