Director / PDMR Shareholding

Following admission of 83,146,218 ordinary shares of 10p each pursuant to the Placing and Open Offer and the Biomass Acquisition, the Company confirms that it has 348,311,130 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue. Pursuant to the Open Offer, certain Directors acquired ordinary shares at 155p per ordinary share. The table below shows the number of ordinary shares taken up by directors in the open offer, as well as their resultant shareholding in the Company. All other Directors and Persons Dispensing Managerial Responsibility holdings remain the same as published in the document sent to shareholders on 26 April 2011.
