Director's Share Dealing

The Company was notified on 13 July 2010 that Michael Irlam, Managing Director of Eddie Stobart International, transferred, on 13 July 2010, 2,546,620 ordinary shares of 10 p each in Stobart Group (the "Ordinary Shares") to Suzanne Frances Irlam, his wife, for no consideration.

Following the above transaction Mr Irlam's interest in the Company's shares remains unchanged at 2,546,620 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.96% of the issued Ordinary Shares.
