Director Shareholding

Stobart Group Limited, the Infrastructure and Support Services Group, was notified on 3 November 2014 that John Coombs, NED of the Group, bought 50,337 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Group on 3 November 2014 at the price of 99.2p per share.

Of these shares, 13,068 will be held in John Coombs' name and 37,269 will be held by his wife Karen Coombs, a Connected person.

This disclosure is made pursuant to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
