STM Group Plc (AIM: STM), the cross border financial services provider,Β announces that on 2nd December 2021, Alan Kentish, CEO of STM Group PLC (who is a PDMR)Β sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 30.845 pence per share, to fulfil personal commitments. Β
Following the above transaction, Mr. Kentish holds directly and also through Clifton Participations Inc, (in which he has discretionary interest in)Β 6,418,817 shares.
