STM Group PLC25 June 2007 25 June 2007 STM Group Plc ("STM" or "the Group") Issue of Equity Pursuant to the announcement made on 08 June 2007 regarding the acquisition ofAtlas Group, STM Group Plc (AIM:STM) has issued 371,622 Ordinary Shares of 0.1pence each ('New Ordinary Shares') as part of the vendors consideration. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to tradingon the AIM market of London Stock Exchange plc and dealings are expected tocommence on 26 June 2007.
