Director/PDMR – shareholding
SJP has been advised of the following transaction in SJP ordinary shares by Roger Yates, Non-executive Director.
On 31 July 2017, Mr Yates purchased 10,000 SJP shares, at a price of £12.18 per ordinary share. Following this transaction Mr Yates’s shareholding in SJP is 20,000 ordinary shares.
(i) The interests of the PDMR includes those of his Connected Persons as defined in section 96B(2) of the Financial Services and Markets Act.
This notification is made in accordance with Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (Market Abuse Regulation).
