SJP announces the following changes in SJP shares held by the Directors named below.
Acquisition of shares by Non-executive Directors
On 26 February 2014 Simon Jeffreys, a Non-executive Director of SJP, notified SJP that he had acquired the following ordinary shares of 15 pence in SJP:
