Woodburne, the AIM listed investment company foucsed on natural resources and mineral extraction, was notified on 08 February 2012 by Alpha Universal Management Plc ("AUM") that it holds 3,076,923 ordinary shares in Woodburne, representing 4.8% of its issued share capital.
Gobind Sahney, Chairman of Woodburne, is a Director of AUM and holds 14.3% of the issued share capital of AUM.
