Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that it was advised on 28 July 2010 that on the same day Jonathan Lander, a director of the Company, acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price per Ordinary Share of 1.4p.

Following this transaction, Jonathan Lander's shareholding is 6,000,000 Ordinary Shares, or 11.88% of the issued share capital of the Company.
