APPOINTMENT OF A NEW CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE

The Board of Woodburne Square AG (the 'Company'), the silver and precious metals focused investment company, today announces that Gobind Sahney has been appointed as Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company with immediate effect.

Martin Kiersnowski, former Chairman, will remain as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

As part of these board changes, Russell Darvill has stepped down as Non-Executive Director.
