APPOINTMENT OF A NEW NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Board of Woodburne Square AG (the 'Company'), the silver and precious metals focused investment company, today announces that Jeffrey Marvin has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
As part of these board changes, Nick Hall has stepped down as Non-Executive Director.

Mr Jeffrey Royce Marvin (49) has worked with corporate managements and investors in bringing international minerals companies to public markets. Mr. Marvin specializes in early stage mineral company investment, corporate management and business restructuring. Mr. Marvin is currently involved in minerals projects in Zambia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Western Europe focusing on coal, manganese, copper, chrome and precious metals.
