Update regarding UK disclosure requirements

Newfield Resources Limited ("Company") hereby provides an update to the Notice issued on 8 February 2018 regarding certain disclosure requirements applicable to the offer by the Company for Stellar Diamonds PLC ("Target") which was announced on 1 February 2018 (the"Offer").

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the UK Takeover Code, the Company confirms that, following the issue on 11 April 2018 of 15,000,000 shares in connection with the A$3m placing announced on 1 February, it now has on issue a total of 285,583,335 fully paid ordinary shares. The ISIN for Newfield's fully paid ordinary shares is AU000000NWF9.
