Secure Trust Bank PLC, announces it was notified on 24 April 2019 that Mr Neeraj Kapur, a PDMR of the Company, exercised an option over 1,399 ordinary shares of 40p each in Secure Trust Bank PLC for a consideration of 40p per share. The shares were allotted from its Block Listing authority. The Shares were issued into a nominee account held by a person closely associated.
