Notification of Transaction by Directorand Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)
On 16 September 2022 STB granted options over ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") via the 2022 invite under the STB 2017 Sharesave Plan (the "SAYE") pursuant to an offer made to all qualifying employees made on 25 August 2025.
Each option has an exercise price per Ordinary Share of 810p. The number of Ordinary Shares in STB subject to each option granted to a director or person discharging managerial responsibilities is set out below being information notified by such persons to the Company.
Subject to the rules of the SAYE, the options will ordinarily vest on 1 November 2025 and be exercisable for a period of six months.
192 employees have been granted options under the Scheme in respect of a total of 111,833 Ordinary Shares.
