SECURE TRUST BANK PLC ("Secure Trust" or the "Company")
Lapse of Options
Secure Trust Bank (the "Company") announces that on 7 May 2021 the following individual, a PDMR of the Company, received a cash settlement in lieu of their share options granted in 2018 under the 2017 Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIP") at an exercise price of 40 pence ("Ordinary Shares"):

The cash settlement of the LTIP, calculated at the closing share price of 1190p on 6 May 2021 was used to determine the quantum of their award in exchange for the lapse of their share options detailed above.
There have been no changes to the total of 18,638,272 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying one voting right, (the "Share Capital") as a consequence of the above.
