The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 21 June 2024 at 09.17, RNS Number: 3891T. The correction relates to the number of Ordinary Shares held by Daniel Quint, all other details remain unchanged.

Director / PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that on 14 June 2024, the following individuals were awarded ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in relation to their respective awards under the Staffline Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) awards 2021 ('LTIP Shares').
The Ordinary Shares awarded to PDMRs are set out in the table below.

Albert Ellis and Daniel Quint now hold 997,296 and 761,490 Ordinary Shares, respectively, representing 0.67% per cent. and 0.51% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
