DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Staffline announces that it has been notified today that Andy Hogarth, Chief Executive, exercised options over 150,000 new ordinary shares (the "New Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of 47.5 pence per New Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Andy Hogarth has increased his shareholding in the Company to 1,568,629 ordinary shares (representing 6.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company). Andy Hogarth has expressed an intention to retain ownership of the New Ordinary Shares until after 31 December 2017.

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 25,468,081 ordinary shares of 10p each, which figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Staffline under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
