DIRECTORS' DEALINGS
Staffline announces that it has been notified today that Marshall Evans, Executive Director, entered into a transaction for the sale of ordinary shares in the Company on 6 September 2012 in response to institutional demand.
Marshall Evans has sold 1,090,400 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of £2.17 to institutional investors procured by Liberum Capital Limited, the Company's Nomad and Broker.
