Directors Share Option Grant
Staffline announces that it has made an issue of share options to its directors under itsΒ existingΒ EMI scheme.
The Company has granted 150,000 share options to each of the ExecutiveΒ Directors, being Andy Hogarth,Β Marshall Evans, Tim Jackson and Shaun Brittain, subject to certain performance criteria. The award is dependent on the growth inΒ earningsΒ perΒ shareΒ fromΒ theΒ base ofΒ level in the period toΒ 31stΒ December 2008Β toΒ that achievedΒ for the year toΒ 31stΒ December 2012.Β The maximum award would only vest if the earnings per share doubled in this period.Β The options have been granted atΒ an exercise price ofΒ 47.5p.Β This is part of a total award of 900,000 share options to incentivise the wider management team.
