Director/PDMR Shareholding

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that it was notified that on 26 January 2024, Amanda Aldridge, Independent Non-executive Director, purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 23.74 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Amanda Aldridge, has a resulting notifiable interest in 80,000 Ordinary Shares.
