Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that it was notified that on 21 December 2021, an underlying private client of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 10,222 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to a different nominee account with a new investment adviser (the "Transfer"). These Ordinary Shares are therefore outside of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited's notifiable interest.
Following the Transfer, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting notifiable interest in 26,479,566 Ordinary Shares of the Company.
