Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that it was notified that on 22 March 2022, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 65.18p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
The Company has also been notified that on 22 March 2022, a non-discretionary underlying private client of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, transferred 24,800 Ordinary Shares to a different nominee account with a new investment adviser (the "Transfer"). These Ordinary Shares are therefore now outside of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited's notifiable interest.
Following the Purchase and Transfer, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting notifiable interest in 26,829,130 Ordinary Shares.
