Completion of Acquisition

Staffline, the national recruitment and outsourcing organisation providing people and operational expertise to industry, is pleased to announce that the acquisition of Avanta Enterprise Limited ("Avanta") has completed.

The Company has now received written confirmation from the Department for Work Pensions providing formal change of control consent.
