Range Resources Drilling Services Limited sale update
Further to the Company's announcement on 19 March 2015, Range advises that the completion of the Range Resources Drilling Services Limited (RRDSL) disposal has been delayed and is now anticipated during April 2015.
To date, Range has received US$2.30 million of the sale proceeds. Range is due to receive the remaining sale proceeds of US$2.07 million at final completion, as well as US$0.50 million as a result of balance sheet adjustment (total amount of US$2.57 million) in accordance with the Sale & Purchase Agreement.
