15 April 2013 PRECAUTIONARY SUSPENSION

Range Resources Ltd ("Range" or the "Company") wishes to announce that itsshares have been placed into a precautionary suspension on the AIM market untilsuch time as it can issue a clarification announcement in respect of apotential significant transaction. Range's shares have also been placed in atrading halt on the Australian Securities Exchange.
