MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Range, an international company with oil and gas projects and oilfield service businesses in Trinidad and Indonesia, advises that Mr Nick Beattie has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Joint Company Secretary to pursue other career opportunities. Nick has agreed to stay with Range until 1 April 2019 to support an orderly transition and the Company will be releasing its half-yearly report as scheduled on 15 March 2019.

The Company will consider a successor CFO in due course however, in the meanwhile, Range is pleased to advise that Mr Theo Eleftheriades, the Group Financial Controller will assume the role of Acting CFO following Nick's departure.

Ms Evgenia Bezruchko, the Group Corporate Development Manager will assume the role of Joint Company Secretary with effect from 1 April 2019.

Range's Executive Chairman, Kerry Gu, commented:
