At the AGM of Stagecoach Theatre Arts plc (AIM: STA), the UK's largest franchiseoperator of a network of part-time performing arts schools, being held today at10.00am, David Sprigg, Joint Managing Director, will make the followingstatement: "This year has been one of continuing growth in our core Stagecoach Theatre Artsbusiness together with a substantial reduction in our overheads and we weredelighted to announce, in our preliminary announcement, a return toprofitability for the Group. Post year-end, the Group's programme of cost cutting has continued and I lookforward to seeing the benefits of this action in the current year ahead.
