Dividend
SciSys plc (AIM: SSY), ('SciSys' or the 'Company') - the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT based solutions and support services to the Media Broadcast, Space, Government & Defence, Environment and Applications Support sectors announces the following decision with respect to dividends for the year ended 31st December 2009.
Further to the interim dividend of 0.3 pence per share paid on 18th November 2009, SciSys is now pleased to announce, following its positive pre-close trading update on 26th January 2010, that a further interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31st December 2009 amounting to 0.7 pence per share will be paid on 30th March 2010 to holders on the register on 12th March 2010. Shares will trade ex-dividend from 10th March 2010.
The Board expects to announce SciSys' preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2009 on 25th March 2010.
