CODASciSys PLC14 September 2006 14 September 2006 CODASciSys plc CANCELLATION OF SHARE PREMIUM ACCOUNT CODASciSys plc announces that it has been granted an order of the High Courtdated 13 September 2006 (the "Order") confirming the cancellation of the entireamount standing to the credit of the share premium account of the Company (the "Cancellation"). The Order has today been registered by the Registrar ofCompanies and, accordingly, the Cancellation is effective as of today's date. As announced on 4 July 2006 the Cancellation forms an integral part of theCompany's proposal to demerge its CODA and Business Collaborator divisions fromthe existing CODASciSys group. The demerger is expected to become effective on26 September 2006.
