CODASciSys PLC29 March 2006 CODASciSys plc Additional Listing 29 March 2006 The Board of CODASciSys plc ("the Company") announces that 35,496 ordinaryshares of 25p each in the Company have been allotted as a result of the exerciseof share options. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange forthe new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that admissionwill take place on 3 April 2006. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passuwith the existing shares of the Company. Following the allotment the totalissued share capital of the Company has increased to 25,435,066 ordinary shares.
