Safestay (AIM: SSTY), the owner and operator of an international brand of contemporary hostels, announces that Stephen Moss, Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down from his role on 29 March 2024. Stephen will now dedicate his time to focusing on his philanthropic work as the Founder and Chair of various charitable organisations.

Larry Lipman, Chairman of Safestay, said, "I would like to thank Stephen, on behalf of the Board, for his invaluable contribution to the Group over the last 10 years. It has been a pleasure to work with him and we wish him the very best for the future with his charitable work, particularly as Life President of the Springboard Charity, which provides education for under 25s and helps to relieve poverty and unemployment by securing jobs for people in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industries."
