Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R the Company advises that, as at 30 June 2026, its issued share capital consists of 765,988,315 ordinary shares of 1 17/200 pence each with voting rights.

There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 765,988,315.

This figure of 765,988,315 may be used by the Company's shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
