Notification of transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
The Company has been notified that the person set out in the table below, being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), was granted an award taking the form of a nil cost option ("Award") to acquire ordinary shares of 117/200 pence each ("Shares") on the date and at the price set out below under the Company's Restricted Share Plan (the "RSP").
The number of Shares subject to the Award has been determined by reference to the closing price of the Company's Shares on the dealing day before the Award was granted, being £2.53 per Share.
The RSP Award has been granted subject to the satisfaction of performance underpins measured over a three-year period from 1 October 2022 to 30 September 2025.
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
