Notification of transactions of PDMR

On 23 September 2014, a conditional share award ("Award") over 218,289 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in SSP Group plc (the "Company") was granted to Michael Svagdis, a PDMR of the Company, under the SSP Group plc Performance Share Plan ("PSP"). No consideration was paid for the grant of the Award.

The vesting of the Award is subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company measured over a three year period. The Award will normally vest following the assessment of those performance conditions, subject to continued employment.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
