Sistema Completes Dividend Payment

Moscow, Russia - 23 January 2018 - Sistema PJSFC ("Sistema" or the "Corporation") (LSE: SSA, MOEX: AFKS), a publicly traded diversified Russian holding company, announces that it has paid an interim dividend for 9M 2017 of RUB 2,349 million. Dividends totalling RUB 4,213 million were not paid to the majority shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vladimir Evtushenkov, based on his written request.
