Board Changes
20 April 2009: Titanium Resources Group ("TRG" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jean Lindberg Charles as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
Mr. Charles, who was appointed as a Non Executive Director of TRG in February 2009 and was previously Group Financial Controller, replaces Mr. Raju Jaddoo who will remain on the Company's Board as a Non Executive Director.
John Sisay, Chief Executive, said:
"Lindberg has an in-depth understanding of the business which will be invaluable as we assess the Company's capital structure. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Raju on behalf of the rest of the TRG Board for all of his hard work since IPO in 2005 and look forward to his continued contribution in his new role."
