Fundraise Update
SRT Marine Systems plc, a global provider of maritime domain awareness systems and technologies for security, safety and environmental protection, announces that further to the announcement made on 30 October 2024, the Company is in ongoing talks with existing shareholders regarding participation in the Fundraising and as such expects to announce further details about the Fundraising, including a Retail Offer, on Wednesday this week, and provides the following provisional timetable based on the Company's current expectations:
