INITIAL NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMRs') IN ORDINARY SHARES OF 2p EACH IN THE COMPANY ('Ordinary Shares')
On 28 October 2022, the Company granted share options ('Options') under the Serco Group plc International Save As You Earn Plan 2021 ('ISAYE'). Pursuant to the invitations issued to eligible UK employees under the ISAYE which operates on a UK tax-advantaged basis, Options were granted over a total of 5,555,561 Ordinary Shares at an option price of £1.26 per Share. Included in this total were grants to the following PDMRs:

The Options will be exercisable for a six-month period from completion of an associated three-year Savings Contract. The maturity of options is not dependent upon performance criteria but is subject to the participant's continued employment.
