The directors of the Company are pleased to announce that the Company has today posted the Annual Report for the Company for the year ending 30 September 2010 to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM will be held on 31 January 2011 at 11.00a.m at Fourth Floor Council Room, Arundel House, 13-15 Arundel Street, Temple Place, London WC2R 3DX.
