Sunrise Resources plc ("the Company")
Issue of Equity
The Company announces that it has received a notice of exercise in respect of 500,000 warrants over new ordinary shares in Sunrise Resources plc.
Application will be made for the admission of these 500,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM, such admission is expected to take place on 16th December 2010.
Following the issue of these ordinary shares the number of shares in issue will be 309,366,013.
