Sunrise Resources plc, the AIM quoted diversified mineral exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2016, including the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), is available for download on the Company's website www.sunriseresourcesplc.com and will be posted to shareholders today.
The AGM will be held on Tuesday 31 January 2017 at 10.30 a.m. at Arundel House, 13-15 Arundel Street, Temple Place, London WC2R 3DX.
