Stephen is currently a non-executive Board Member of the Department ofBusiness, Innovation & Skills, and was previously with KPMG for 34 years,specialising in the audit of FTSE 350 companies in property and construction,transport and professional firms. Alison Ozanne, who joined the Board of the Company in 2014, has retired witheffect from 28 April 2015.
