PDMR Dealings
SigmaRoc plc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build quarried materials group, announces the following dealings by certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') on 20 October 2022:
Max Vermorken, Chief Executive Officer of SigmaRoc, purchased 59,448 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of 44.7888 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Vermorken's total interest in the Company is 759,231 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Garth Palmer, Chief Financial Officer of SigmaRoc, purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 44.4786 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Palmer's total interest in the Company is 616,146 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.10% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Charles Trigg, Chief Technical Director of SigmaRoc, purchased 45,300 Ordinary Shares at a price of 44.15 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Trigg's total interest in the Company is 341,842 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Dean Masefield, Deputy CFO of SigmaRoc, purchased 33,120 Ordinary Shares at a price of 45.2499 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Masefield's total interest in the Company is 78,868 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the total voting rights of the Company.
