Messaging International Plc, the AIM traded provider of innovative messaging services, announces that Geoffrey Simmonds is to stand down as a non-executive director with effect from 31 March 2015.

Horacio Furman, Non-Executive Chairman, commented "Geoffrey has been with the Company since its admission to AIM in 2005 and we thank him for his considerable contribution over the last 10 years and wish him well as he focuses on his other business interests."
