London, 24, July 2024 - Serica Energy plc (AIM: SQZ), confirms that Davd Latin, Chairman, purchased 21,350 ordinary shares at an aggregate price of GBP£1.30752 per share in the Company.
Following this transaction, which is detailed in the PDMR Notification Dealing Form below, Mr Latin is interested in 218,567 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.05582% which is calculated on the total number of ordinary shares carrying voting rights of 390,457,635.
