The dividend is in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2014.

Dividend Declaration
Further to the announcement on 22 January 2015 the Board of SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited provides below additional information relating to the dividend in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2014 of 0.92p per share.
This dividend will be payable on 26 February 2015 to holders of ordinary shares on the register on 6 February 2015, in line with the Company's dividend objective. The ex-dividend date is 5 February 2015.
