Admission of Capital Raising Shares

Total Voting Rights

The Company confirms that the 58,415,520 Capital Raising Shares were admitted to trading on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00a.m. this morning.

Total Voting Rights

Following the Admission of the Capital Raising Shares Sportech's share capital consists of 159,068,123 ordinary shares with voting rights. The above figure (159,068,123) may be used by shareholders as the denominator of the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Sportech PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
